While we all know there are meetings we have to join and stacks of great work to be delivered, we trust everyone to manage their own day around these commitments, to deliver their best work – whether you choose to start early, leave early, catch that 10am fitness class or a dog walk at 4pm, we get it and encourage everyone to keep a healthy balance.

We’re also hybrid. In practice, this means we have some people who work from a Bink office, others who split their week between home and an office, some who work mainly from home, and we have a small number of people that work fully remotely – the balance tending to be role dependent.

 

Working in a hybrid way affords you 360 benefits:

  • On office days, you get to collaborate and build meaningful relationships, observe, teach and learn from each other through normal, human interaction, knowledge share and build better ways of working together – We also often find that we’re more effective at decision making when we’re together in person: faster decisions means more productive and fulfilling home days
  • On home days, you can work with less distractions, which is good for focused tasks or taking the time to catch-up or create space to think through a work problem. We have great digital tools to keep everyone connected through teams meetings and dedicated chat channels. You also save time and money on commuting and can balance your work & home life demands better.
