While we all know there are meetings we have to join and stacks of great work to be delivered, we trust everyone to manage their own day around these commitments, to deliver their best work – whether you choose to start early, leave early, catch that 10am fitness class or a dog walk at 4pm, we get it and encourage everyone to keep a healthy balance.
We’re also hybrid. In practice, this means we have some people who work from a Bink office, others who split their week between home and an office, some who work mainly from home, and we have a small number of people that work fully remotely – the balance tending to be role dependent.
