Bink is currently in beta. Some features are still being developed. By using Bink during the beta period you acknowledge this and agree to these terms.
Bink is a personal document management platform operated by Bink Technologies Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. We provide you with a personal Bink address (yourname@bink.com) and automatically file documents sent to that address into your secure vault.
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Bink platform. By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Bink.
When you register, we assign you a personal Bink address. This address is yours for as long as your account is active.
When an email arrives at your Bink address:
Bink uses AI to classify and extract data. Classification is not guaranteed to be 100% accurate. You should periodically review your vault to verify that documents have been correctly filed.
We make the following commitments, which form part of these terms:
Bink offers the following subscription tiers (pricing subject to change with 30 days notice):
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Payment is processed by Stripe. You may cancel at any time — your access continues until the end of the paid period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time except where required by law.
During the beta period, access may be provided free of charge. We will give you at least 30 days notice before any free beta access transitions to a paid plan.
By using Bink you agree to:
You own your data. Documents filed in your vault remain yours. Bink does not claim any rights over the content of your documents.
You grant Bink a limited licence to process your documents solely for the purpose of delivering the service to you — classification, extraction, storage, and display in your dashboard. This licence ends when you delete the document or close your account.
We aim to keep Bink available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Bink is provided on an "as is" basis during the beta period. We will endeavour to notify you of planned maintenance in advance.
We are not liable for any loss arising from service interruptions, classification errors, or data not being processed in a timely manner.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bink Technologies Ltd's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses including lost profits, lost data (beyond what is recoverable from your vault), or reputational damage.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You may close your account at any time from your dashboard. On closure, all your data is permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or if we are required to do so by law. We will give you reasonable notice where possible.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 30 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of Bink after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
The current version is always available at bink.com/terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
